These sculptures question social, political, environmental and my own moral values. Threaded throughout is an artists underlying search for hope in a turbulent world.
Impacted by the unrest of our time and inspired by the expressive, dramatic styles of the Baroque, the sculptures use simple narrative to disquieting effect.
Bernini, Michelangelo, Rodin, Kollwitz, Banksy and the painter Clare Flint have to varying degrees all influenced the work.
